The Type KR15 LM Guide Actuator compactly combines a miniature LM Guide and a miniature ball screw in one block.
The THK LM Actuators‘ use of four-row circular contact results in high rigidity and low fluctuation of rolling resistance under a load. The treated steel, cold drawn external rail development further develops inertia and high rigidity.
Designed for accuracy, The Type KR15 is available in high grades and precision grades. Positioning accuracies are 0.040 and 0.020 mm respectively. Rail lengths range from 75 to 200 mm.
Suitable for clean environments, the THK KR LM Actuators are constructed of stainless steel and uses AFF grease as standard.
The basic dynamic load rating of the THK LM Guide side for both grades of Type KR 15 is 1930 C (N), and the basic static load rating is 3450 C0 (N).
